First results of the BNE monitoring

The world action program "Education for Sustainable Development" is accompanied by a monitoring. In order to learn how Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is implemented in the different education areas, a document analysis was carried out in the first of a total of four phases of monitoring. You can find the main results for the university sector in the Executive Summary.

They provide guidance and are at the same time scientific support for the implementation of the recently adopted National Action Plan of the National Platform for BNE. The detailed progress reports for the respective areas of education, with a presentation of the methodological approach, will be published as a book in autumn 2017.
